The breakfast bar was so excellent, a huge variety of options always fresh and hot! Plus, our toilet didn’t flush and they moved us to another room immediately.

Had an awesome time with friends here! We explored the Country Music Hall of Fame and shopped at CoolSprings Galleria. The hotel is easy to access and close to great dining options. The breakfast was varied, and the staff was super friendly. We would definitely come back in the future!

The room was comfortable and clean, which allows for a good night's sleep before meetings. The location of Sleep Inn in Brentwood is excellent, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Brian at the front desk. He made check-in really easy. The breakfast selection was impressive with plenty of options, and the area was clean. My room was comfortable, though I noticed the carpet showed signs of wear and tear. I had an issue with TV reception, which kept cutting out during my stay. I also had to request assistance for closed captioning, and the response time was frustrating since it took quite a while for someone to come. A courtesy call would have been appreciated. Overall, the service needs improvement, particularly regarding promptness.

Good hotel with great wi-fi, free parking, and friendly staff. They even helped me with evening plans on my first stay! I highly recommend it and I'll be back for Easter.
